Job Title: Project Manager – Application IT experience

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our IT application project. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. 

This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning:  Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Resource Management:  Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents. Manage project budget and resource allocation.
• Execution:  Direct and manage project development from beginning to end. Oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.
• Risk Management:  Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
• Stakeholder (and Vendor) Communication:  Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
• Performance Tracking:  Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders. Track project milestones and deliverables.

What our client looking for:

Can do & proactive attitude.

• Fluent in English & Cantonese
• Communication skill and details-oriented is preferred
• At least 8 years of project management experience with vendor management experience
• Experience in managing regional/remote projects is preferred
• Experience in Hotel industry is a plus
• Preferably PMP and ITIL certified
• Service now + Service design experience is a plus
