Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting customers with insurance-related questions and concerns.
Process policy changes, updates, and renewals accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Assist customers in filing insurance claims, guiding them through the process, and coordinating with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain accurate and organized customer records, policy documents, and related documentation, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.
Handle customer complaints and disputes promptly and professionally, aiming to achieve satisfactory resolutions and maintain positive customer relationships.
Provide technical support to Business Development Team
Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned by Team Manager
What you need to succeed
Minimum 1 years’ experience in insurance/brokering industry with medical, life, general insurance or related fields
Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
Highly agile in learning, adapting to ever-changing business environment, and with strong ability to cope with fast and dynamic pace
University degree or equivalent is preferred
Proficient in using MS Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint
Possessed qualifications in IIQE (Paper I & II) is a must
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Account Manager /Account Executive.
