Responsibilities
 

• Perform routine maintenance and project works for estate building.
• Assist in preparing works orders.
• Prepare maintenance and engineering works contracts, and ensure the contracts that meet respective requirements.
• Carry out ad-hoc repairing and maintenance duties.

Requirements
 

• Certificate in Building Studies or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years' working experience in the maintenance of building in Hong Kong
• Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently
• Candidates with more working experience will be considered as Senior Maintenance Officer (BW).
