What's Your Role?
• Support the new HR system implementation including UAT, data integration, payroll file validation etc
• Coordinate with different workstreams to ensure a smooth transition and successful implementation
• Take appropriate follow up on outstanding issues/items such as consolidating change request from different workstreams
• Support the daily operations of Payroll Team and People Operations Team
• Undertake other ad-hoc duties as assigned
What we are looking for?
• At least 4 years of relevant working experiences, ideally with HR system implementation, payroll and/or HR operations
• Hands on experience with Workday is preferred
• Experience in project management is an advantage
• Ability to be multitasks under tight deadline with quality deliverables
• Self-driven, attention to details with strong numeric sense
• Proficiency in MS Office especially advanced skills in MS Excel
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
