Handle accounting operations including data entry, liaison for required information and documents for various clients
Provide administrative support as assigned
Assist in ad hoc projects
Prepare and monitor monthly cheque issuing and receipt
Support daily operations on Accounts Payable and Receivable functions
Cash flow management
Requirement:
Form 5 or above
1-2 years work experience in Accounting field would be an advantage
Good command in MS Word, Excel and Chinese typing
Flexible, well-organized, responsible and ability to work independently with good communication skill
Immediate available /short notice preferred
