Job duties:

• As a System Analyst in an IT solution provider, service for specific government department 
• Work on system revamp or migration/ workflow automation project, with Java technologies, like Spring Boot
• Participate in the whole SDLC, from design, develop, testing, implement, support and maintenance 
• Duties focus on: 1) perform system design, 2) manage junior staff for technical areas and conduct code review, 3) as a project coordinator to communicate with and manage various stakeholders and users to ensure the project achieve the requirements also works smoothly
• May involve some hands-on coding duties based on the needs but not the main job focus 

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or relevant 

• Applicants must need to meet all of the following experience requirements:

1. Usually work as a System Analyst during government projects, with a focus on programming languages: Java and Spring/Spring Boot , while key duties include and strong experience on: A) Performing system design. B) Managing junior staff in technical areas and conducting code reviews. C) Acting as a project coordinator to communicate with and manage various stakeholders and users to ensure the project meets its requirements and runs smoothly.
2. Familiarity with services for government departments , and usually complete the whole SDLC cycle : from design, develop, testing, implement, support and maintenance 
3. Technical background: previous work experience usually perform hands-on Java programming
