HK$ 30,000 to HK$ 45,000 monthly salary plus year-end bonus 

Problem-solving, analytical and time management skills.

4 - 6 years related experiences in asset management, leasing, corporate real estate and properties consulting.

About this Company:

Our client is a sizable Real Estate developer which is famous for developing and operating a variety of commercial assets across Hong Kong and overseas.

Responsibilities:

• Handle leasing activities, including lease negotiations, rent reviews, new lettings, tenancy renewals, tenancy agreements and related legal documents;
• Develop new potential clients, collaborate with  property management team to achieve the business goals of the Company;
• Formulate and implement  leasing and marketing strategy for the Company’s portfolio;
• Maintain relationship with existing tenants to ensure maximum lease renewal rate.
• Assist in ad hoc project as required

Requirements:

To be successful in the roles you should possess the following attributes:

• Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Surveying  or related disciplines.
• At least 6 year's experience working in leasing, real estate asset management, and property fund
• Strong research and analytical skills, strategic thinking.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Leasing Officer
