Sales Operation Assistant/Executive (1-year Renewable Contract)

Job description:

• Provide secretarial support to Head of Customer Engagement
• Provide full spectrum of sales and administrative support to the Customer Engagement Team (Sales Team)
• Compile sales report and sales forecast
• Assist sales team to prepare for meetings with healthcare professionals

Requirements:

• Higher diploma or associate degree equivalent in Business related disciplines
• 1-5 years of related sales support or admin experience
• Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Detailed-oriented, proactive, good interpersonal, time management and problem-solving skills
