Marketing Assistant - Professional Firm (Up to 30k, New Headcount)
We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Marketing Assistant to join our client, a leading professional services firm, in their Central District office. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in supporting the firm's marketing and relationship maangement initiatives, contributing to the growth and visibility of the organisation within the industry.
What you'll be doing
Assisting with the development and implementation of campaigns and strategies
Coordinating and executing activities and client communications
Assisting in fee proposals and reports
Conducting market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
Providing administrative support to the Relationship Manager
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and positioning
What we're looking for
At least 2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably within a professional services environment
Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
A proactive and adaptable approach to work, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
A genuine interest in the professional services industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service
