Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage compelling content for our social media channels to engage and grow our audience.
• Identify and partner with influencers to drive product promotion and brand visibility.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about the latest trends in the beauty industry and social media landscape.
• Generate creative ideas and propose innovative marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness.
• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events.
• Assist in product management tasks, including forecasting, purchasing, scheduling, inventory control, and stock allocation to optimize sales performance.
• Prepare marketing reports and perform data analysis to gather insights on customer behavior and business trends, supporting strategic brand initiatives.
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, E-commerce, or a related field. 
• A strong interest in the beauty and skincare industry is a plus.
• Experience in copywriting, social media management, or video production is advantageous.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, organized, and passionate about marketing.
• Eager to learn, a collaborative team player, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with social media platforms.
