Responsibilities:
- Perform general HR functions such as new joiner and leaver logistics, to maintain and
- Monitor and update employees’ roster
- Medical insurance, staff handbook and benefits administration
- Handling the employees' enquires on leave related policies
- Handling new/renewal of work permit/visa applications and the non-local hire movements
- Assist the HR team with the implementation of HR policies and programs
- Provide full spectrum of office administrative and operations support such as office building management
- Communication, office leasing, office renovation and relocation, general maintenance project, procurement
- Company events and vendor management.
- Renew contract and price negotiations with office vendors and service providers
- Maintenance of all office fixture, furniture and equipment.
- Handle all procurement and inventory control of office supplies.
- Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Directors
Requirements:
- Min 2 years relevant working experiences
- Good command in spoken and written Chinese, English and Mandarin
- Proficiency of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good interpersonal skills, detailed-oriented, independent and able to take initiatives
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- A good team player
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
