Duties & Responsibilities :

  • To perform general office administration duties, including procurement & maintenance of office supplies, stationeries and office equipment; printing and copying services; 
  • To arrange mailing and courier services; weekly distilled water delivery, cleaning and facilities management; repairs and maintenances, licensing, delivery services, petty cash and monthly invoicing etc; 
  • To arrange travel arrangement such as reservation of hotel & flight and liaise with travel agent;
  • Provide support to the team;
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned

 

Job requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Business Administration or relevant field
  • With 3 years or above experience in office administration or related disciplines 
  • Strong sense of responsibilities, good attitude, detail-mined, well organized and self-motivated
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with pleasant personality
  • Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (MS Word and Excel), and strong typing skill (Chinese and English word processing). 

 

 This position has the potential to be considered as a fixed-term contract.
