To perform general office administration duties, including procurement & maintenance of office supplies, stationeries and office equipment; printing and copying services;
To arrange mailing and courier services; weekly distilled water delivery, cleaning and facilities management; repairs and maintenances, licensing, delivery services, petty cash and monthly invoicing etc;
To arrange travel arrangement such as reservation of hotel & flight and liaise with travel agent;
Provide support to the team;
Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned
Job requirements:
Diploma or above in Business Administration or relevant field
With 3 years or above experience in office administration or related disciplines
Strong sense of responsibilities, good attitude, detail-mined, well organized and self-motivated
Good interpersonal and communication skills with pleasant personality
Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (MS Word and Excel), and strong typing skill (Chinese and English word processing).
This position has the potential to be considered as a fixed-term contract.
