Job Description

If you are a hardworking, flexible, tech-savvy, street smart, detail-oriented and organized individual capable of handling multiple tasks and working closely with parents and students we would love to hear from you. 

Job responsibilities: 

Sales

• Handling any new sales enquiries from parents/students in English, Chinese and/or Mandarin (this process would include an initial reach out, all the way to onboarding the parent and student and being their regular point of contact at the company)
• Helping the company reach out to parents and students to understand and plan for their requirements at the end of every academic year for the new term
• Helping the company create and manage new sales avenues to increase lead generation and sales volume
• Ad hoc support based on the needs and requirements of the director

Jobs requirements:

1. University graduate (degree in any discipline)
2. Excellent problem-solving ability 
3. Proficient in using Google powered business tools (email, calendar, docs, sheets) and WhatsApp Web/Mobile 
4. Pleasant personality with excellent organization skills
5. Dedicated and willing to work to irregular time schedules
6. Self-motivated, mature, and presentable
7. English, Cantonese & Mandarin are required
8. This is a work from office position

Qualification:  Degree

Yr(s) of Exp:  5+ in sales or related
