• 有良好閱讀及書寫能力 ( 中文 及 英文 )
• 能講流利廣東話及簡單英文
• 懂得使用Microsoft Office 應用程式
• 有良好溝通能力,有禮貌,耐性,刻苦
• 有客户服務經驗者優先
