Do you think selling sexual wellness products to the public is easy or difficult? Are you passionate about this exciting business arena and liberating the general view on sexual wellness products? Yet to face the challenge of teasing customers on condoms, personal lubricants and even adult pleasure toys in the modern retail trade outlets? A more significant challenge yet, we will work it on a global scale, working in markets including Australia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore and the UK. The successful candidate will join our team to develop and enhance our market-focused emerging sexual wellness products.
Duties
Creator Identification and Outreach - Research, identify, develop and maintain communication with media, KOL, and influencers to promote brand images of represented brands in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Australia and the UK.
Pitching Taboo Topics - Confidently pitch and discuss sexual wellness products and campaigns with creators, addressing potential hesitations or cultural barriers. Also, to educate creators on the importance of normalizing conversations around sexual health and wellness.
Campaign Collaboration - Collaborate with creators to develop authentic, engaging content that resonates with their audience while promoting the brand’s products. Provide creators with creative briefs, guidelines, and resources to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and campaign objectives.
Performance Tracking and Reporting - Monitor and analyze the performance of creator-driven campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Budget Management - Manage budgets for creator partnerships, ensuring cost-effective and impactful collaborations.
Requirements
Must be a Hong Kong resident. BSc/BA in Public Relations, Marketing Communications, Psychology, Journalism or related fields.
2 years of working experience in related fields. Preferably in a media agency or within the health, wellness, or lifestyle sectors.
Skills and Competencies - 1) Strong understanding of social media platforms in our represented markets. 2) Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 3) Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Personal Attributes - 1) Confidence in professional price negotiation. 2) Knowledge of sexual wellness products is an advantage, but a willingness to learn different product types and open-mindedness are also essential. 3) Able to pick up the smallest details that everyone else ignored. 4) Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin is a must.
