Business Development Manager – Equity Business Division
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients.
Analyze competitor strategies and market positioning to inform business development plans.
2. Client Development
Attend client meetings and presentations to articulate value propositions effectively.
Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
3. Proposal Development
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations that showcase the firm's investment capabilities and unique value.
Tailor proposals to meet the specific needs and interests of potential clients.
4. Collaboration with Internal Teams
Work closely with internal team to understand product offerings and help investment strategies.
Coordinate with compliance team to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Identify and assist Head of Equity Business to plan, target and strategically business expand sales, products and service channels across the Asia region.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of proven experience in business development, with a strong preference with sales in funds, develop products and service channels experiences in China finance industry.
With extensive client network of high-net-worth clients in China
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, ability to perform in-depth and critical analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to develop and present proposals.
Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset
Willingness to learn and adapt
