Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine user interfaces to enhance user experience in operations-related applications.
• Execute interaction and visual design as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Collaborate closely with operations and IT teams to create user-centered designs for digital solutions.
• Evaluate the usability of new and existing products, providing constructive feedback for improvements.

Key Skills:

• 4-6 years' related experience in UX design, particularly in insurance sector.
• Familiar with Service Blueprint is required.
• Proficiency in Cantonese is a MUST , with fluency in English and Mandarin
• Strong visual design skills with an emphasis on user-system interaction.
• Creative and effective problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows.
• Experience in user research and evaluating user feedback.
