Responsibilities:

• Implement and support Microsoft Dynamics for CRM and ERP.
• Manage and maintain network security (firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection systems, etc.).
• Mainly Internal IT Support with the office size of about 20 desktops.
• Ensure data security and compliance with company policies.
• Provide training and support to staff on IT systems and tools.
• Offer technical advice and support to projects.
   

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics (CRM and ERP).
• Experience with network security tools and protocols (e.g., firewalls, VPNs, SSL/TLS).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, and Office 365.
• Familiarity with SQL Server and database management.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure (servers, storage, networking).
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certifications (Optional but an Advantage)**:
  •  Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals.
