Job Duties:

• Led and managed end-to-end project lifecycle for complex online digital and offline marketing campaigns, overseeing search engine and social media strategies.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure service designs and deliverables meet expectations.
• Conduct in-depth analysis and evaluation of campaign performance, offering strategic insights and recommendations for optimisation.
• Develop and deliver high-impact presentations and reports to clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their business needs.
• Provide expert-level strategic marketing advice and guidance to clients, leveraging industry best practices and innovative solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement by proactively identifying opportunities for process enhancement and efficiency.
• Mentor and coach project executives and team members, fostering a collaborative, high-performance work environment.
• Collaborate with senior management to contribute to overall business strategy and growth initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Digital Marketing or related roles, with at least 2 years in a project management capacity.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully leading and delivering large-scale marketing campaigns with measurable impact.
• Exceptional proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and bilingual typing proficiency.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a proven ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving project goals.
• Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach, possessing strong analytical skills and business acumen.
• Passion for continuous learning and staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
