• Higher Diploma or above in Construction Management / Surveying / Engineering or related discipline
• 10 years' or above in E&M contracting field, preferebly in large scale new-build/ A&A projects
• With a sense of business acumen and commercial mindset
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Chartered Engineer with Corporate membership of HKIE is an advantage.
