Accountabilities – describe role accountabilities, for example in one or more of the following areas
Sales Related
- Accountable for Dental Sales and business development of the area
- Responsible for Dental Clinics and hospitals and after Sales Services
- Aggressively deploy new customer initiative
- Managing enquiries from new / existing customers
- Build and implement customer relationship management processes
- Assist supervisor and sales manager in business and marketing development
- Accurate planning and forecasting of sales performance
- Work closely with supervisor and sales manager to achieve sales target and excellence customer services
- Ensure effective management of the respective sales by the timely and accurate maintenance, preparation and submission of relevant quotation, sales order, sales reports and after sales follow-up
- Good sensitivity to bring back competitor information, customer needs, new leads
- Co-ordinate with Sales & marketing team on activities, exhibition, seminar, courses and materials
Clinical Support Related
- To educate & support dental customers in product application and increase customer satisfaction
- Co-work with sales team to help pre-sell demonstration & post sell education, Technical Support, and resolving clinical questions
Knowledge & Experience
- Candidates with 3 years or above relevant experience in the Medical Device Industry
- Candidate with experience in Dental Field is an advantage
- Good sales process management and understanding / discipline
- Ability to target and support customer’s needs and build up good relationship with customers
- Positive attitude in problem solving
- Exceptional communication, interaction and presentation skills
- Well-developed business analysis skills including opportunity and risk assessment
- Fresh Graduates or candidate with less experience will be considered as Sales Trainee
