Job Descriptions:

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end shipment activities, ensuring perfect delivery execution
• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping carriers and customs brokers to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Monitor shipment status and proactively address any delays or issues
• Ensure all necessary documentation, permits and customs clearances are properly obtained
• Arrange sample delivery arrangement
• Identify opportunities to streamline logistics processes and reduce costs
• Maintain detailed records and provide reporting on shipping activities

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years'' experience in a shipping or logistics supervisory role
• Hands on I/E documents for material import to China (進料加工及一般貿易) 
• Relevant experience in Manufacturing field/ Buying office is highly preferable
• Flexible, good interpersonal & communication skills
• Good command in English and Chinese (included Mandarin)
• PC skills in MS Word and Excel, and Chinese word processing
• Immediate available is an advantage
