We are seeking a UAT Tester with Point of Sale (POS) experience to join a critical POS upgrade project in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and experience working with POS systems in an insurance or financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the POS upgrade, ensuring system functionality aligns with business requirements.
• Develop, execute, and document test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios based on project requirements.
• Identify, report, and track defects using JIRA, HP ALM, or similar tools.
• Collaborate with business users, developers, and project managers to ensure smooth testing and implementation.
• Conduct regression testing, functional testing, and end-to-end testing to validate system performance.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure a seamless transition to the upgraded POS system.
• Provide detailed UAT reports and recommendations for improvements.
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), preferably in the insurance industry.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems and previous experience with POS testing is preferable
• Familiarity with insurance policy transactions, claims processing, or underwriting workflows.
• Experience with test management tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, or TestRail.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with business and technical teams
• Fluent in Cantonese and English
