Responsibilities:

• Work closely with our experienced consultants to deliver high-quality solutions to our clients, while developing your technical and business skills

• Assist in the delivery of technical projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, and testing

• Facilitate workshops and conduct client interviews for both technical and business teams to identify pain points and requirements

• Facilitate clients and technical teams to identify business problems and develop a solution that best fit the business case

• Evaluate and understand functional impacts from front-to-back to address all impacted application

• Support QA activities including system integration and user acceptance testing

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including diagrams, reports, and presentations

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field

• Experience in system development projects, ideally from consultancy environment

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and project requirements

• Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills

• Interest to reinvent ideas to make meaningful changes and improvements for our clients

• Flexible and adaptable when dealing with change with a strong awareness and understanding of cultural diversity

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)

• Good understanding of technical concepts and principles, including data structures, algorithms, and software development methodologies

Nice to Have

• Technical certifications or training in specific areas (e.g., programming languages, software development methodologies, etc.)

• Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.)

• Familiarity with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, Google)

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
