Implement marketing strategies for residential property projects
Monitor and assist with project launch, including preparation and production of advertisements, marketing collaterals, sales office and show flat, building models, catering & etc.
Handle administrative work of contract staff and temporary helpers
Liaise and negotiate with vendors, partners, agencies and contractors
Carry out occasional on-site work and event management for sales launch activities are required
Support in handover preparation, logistics and operation
Conduct property market research and competitive research for new development projects
Support relevant documentation for internal departments
Requirement:
Bachelor's degree of equivalent
At least 5 years of relevant working experience and knowledge in property field
Proficient in MS office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing)
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
