We are seeking an experienced (Senior) Leasing Manager to join a retail community mall, you will play a crucial role in managing leasing operations, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the leasing for developer’s shopping mall portfolios, including new lease, renewal & negotiation, tenancy administration.
• Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy rates.
• Collaborate with property owners, brokers, and tenants to negotiate lease terms.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and assess market demand.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to leasing activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Property Management/Real Estate, or related field
• Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in leasing management, preferably within complex industry
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and written in English and Chinese
