The Client

Our client is one of Asia’s fastest-growing hospitality groups with international footprint.


Responsibilities

  • Take a key role in the enhancement and maintenance of the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/EPM/FCCS system
  • Integrate the procurement system with Oracle ERP
  • Assist to setting up system controls, P&P for financial reporting
  • Maintain the record are up-to-date, including the Chart of Accounts, Global Supplier List, the creation or modification of new account codes/suppliers in the database
  • Collaborate with the IT department to provide user supports and to address daily inquiries internally, and engage the Oracle Support Team when necessary
  • Provide internal user training
  • Support ad hoc projects as assigned


Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in accounting, IT or a related discipline
  • With at least 3 years’ of system administration experience
  • Experience in using Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud is a must
  • Proficiency in Oracle Opera Cloud and knowledge of Oracle SQL are highly preferred
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Willingness to travel to group overseas hotels when necessary
  • Good command of English and Chinese, both written and spoken
