I am currently working with an MNC Insurance company for the Tech Lead position. There are 2 headcounts within the team as there are multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the development team, ensuring best practices in coding and architecture.
• Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using Java (Spring Boot), React, and Node.js.
• Review and maintain high-quality code, ensuring efficiency and security.
• Collaborate with product managers and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
• Implement and optimize DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments.
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong expertise in Java (Spring Boot), React.js, and Node.js.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of software architecture principles, microservices, and API design.
• Leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and guide a development team.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English, Mandarin is an advantage
