This role is reporting to the Team Head of Finance, you will be a core member of the team, duties include, but not limited to:

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly Management Reporting for business units, covering financial performance, capital used, KPI position of the group and individual business unit;
• Track and analyze performance of the business units, prepare tailor-made management reports and give insight for management's decision making;
• Prepare monthly / quarterly / annually financial analysis reports;
• Coordinate and prepare annual financial / capital budget and analysis, and assist in KPI setting and monitoring for the business lines;
• Perform forecast and monitor the progress of achievement against business targets;
• Liaise with HQ for KPI adjustments and performance reports;
• Other ad hoc projects requested by CFO and Team Head of Finance.

Requirements

• University graduate in Accounting or Finance, or related discipline;
• At least 2 years' relevant experiences of management accounting, prefer in financial institutions/brokerage firms;
• Strong knowledge in finance products;
• Team player with unquestionable integrity, ethical and discipline standards;
• Independent and critical thinking skills and strong financial acumen;
• Excellent command of English and Chinese, both in speaking and writing. Good in Mandarin.
