Responsibilities:

 

  • Handle in legal documentations for conveyancing and leasing matters, sale and purchase of properties and companies
  • Handle leasing and tenancy administration
  • Perform Ad-hoc duties as assigned

 

  Requirements:

 

  • F.6 or above with relevant experience
  • Proficient in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • With accounting knowledge is an advantage
  • Attentive, quick response, accurate
  • Good communication skills and a good team player
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Whatsapp communication
  • Fresh graduate and no relevant working experience are welcome
