To prepare, check and update working drawings (skill in BIM is preferable), submission drawings, presentation drawings, survey plan and schedules;
To update drainage disposal plans;
To check shop drawings and as-fitted drawings submitted by contractor, suppliers and utility companies;
To co-ordinate architectural, building services, structural, site formation, drainage, geotechnical and other drawing as necessary;
To liaise with professionals, technical officers and site staff of the Housing Department and contractor’s representatives where appropriate, on matters related to the project;
To assist in the research of architectural / building materials for use in the contract and where applicable, their costs and sources of supply;
To prepare, update record drawings and programme charts;
To compute site areas, plot ratio, etc;
To take on-site measurement and prepare survey drawings;
To be responsible for the issue and receipt of drawings and to maintain a proper record of such;
To construct study models;
To arrange printing of drawings;
To perform other duties as directed by the CM or his/her representatives;
To handle technical problems arising from drawing preparation and site construction;
To co-ordinate with project team members;
To be exclusive and sole use of the CM and his/her representatives for any project at the discretion of the CM.
Job Requirements
Diploma / Higher Certificate in either Building Studies / Architectural Studies from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University / Institute of Vocational Education or equivalent
Experience in using Revit (BIM) for preparation of architectural drawings for design, tender and construction stages, etc. (preferable)
Experience in AutoCAD drafting and preparation of architectural drawings together with good knowledge of Building Regulations and Code of Practice
Strong standard development style, analytical and problem solving skills
Able to work independently and proactively to deliver according to schedule
Good command in English and Cantonese
Proficient Skill in AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D(preferable) and PowerPoint
Successful Candidate will be transferred to work in Housing Department Office
Monthly salary will be ranging from $25,000 to $40,000 depending on related working experience and extra working hours
