Schedule Management: Responsible for arranging and managing the executive's calendar, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Document Processing: Draft and edit various documents and reports, and manage filing and documentation.
Communication Coordination: Act as a liaison between the executive and internal teams as well as external clients, coordinating various affairs.
Meeting Assistance: Prepare meeting materials, record meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
Administrative Support: Handle various administrative tasks, including ordering office supplies and assisting in organizing events.
Job Requirements
Educational Background: Higher Diploma or Associate Degree (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Work Experience: At least one year of experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.
Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) and related tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent time management abilities and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Personal Attributes: High level of responsibility and confidentiality; proactive problem-solving skills.
