Looking for an Accounts Receivable Accountant who has solid knowledge in maintaining AR database, monitoring customer collection process and handling inter-com settlement.

Our client is an international firm with a strong reputation across the globe. They are currently expanding the team in APAC regions and looking for an Accountant to support their accounts receivable functions.

Description

• Maintain accurate accounts receivable database and ageing reports across APAC regions
• Manage and maintain accounts receivable records, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and align with compliance
• Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on collections to ensure timely payments
• Manage inter-company settlement and collaborate closely with internal team
• Evaluate for any collection risks and bad debts
• Prepare AR management report monthly
• Assist with audit process and other ad hoc projects

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred
• 3 years or above in accounts receivable experience
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
