Description
- Develop and configure digital content for multiple channels, including email, SMS, MMS, push notifications, and WhatsApp.
- Leverage workflow management systems to collaborate with stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate content delivery.
- Partner with IT and decisioning teams to align project goals, expectations, and deliverables.
- Conduct rigorous testing and reviews before system launches to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
- Prepare and present project progress reports, highlighting key achievements and challenges.
- Analyze data insights to recommend improvements and innovations in content strategies and workflows.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Media, Data & Information Management, or a related field.
- At least 1 years of experience in retail banking, with a focus on digital messaging, data analytics, or project coordination.
- ACustomer-centric mindset with a positive attitude;
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills across all levels.
- Knowledge in digital marketing and messaging platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Adobe Experience Manager Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS is preferred.
