• Collaborate with AI engineers to develop LLM applications for tasks within the AML context
• Manage end-to-end delivery of AI projects
• Support the AI team and product development team in proactively managing project plans, schedules, dependencies, communications, and budgets
• Monitor and report progress, issues, and risks to the project management
• Make recommendations to facilitate decision-making and maintain progress towards delivery
• Research and develop prototype implementations of new AI algorithms and methodologies
  
  
  

• Solid theoretical foundation in Machine Learning and Statistics
• Exceptional communication skills with proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
• Proficiency in programming (e.g., Python, JavaScript, MySQL) for project demo purposes
• Experience with the latest open-source LLMs, agentic systems, prompt engineering, AI workflow/LLM orchestration, LLM deployment, LLM fine-tuning, RAG, and database usage is advantageous
• Knowledge of LLMs, Time Series, Graph Neural Networks (GNN), Graph Theory, Federated Learning (FL), and Optimization is advantageous
• Openness to learning new AI technologies and algorithms
• Enthusiasm for AI application development, particularly in the context of AML
