Overview


We are seeking an experienced Internal Communications Manager to join a leading global property development company. This role will be pivotal in shaping and delivering effective communication strategies that represent our leadership's vision and values to our employees. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for fostering employee engagement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Communication Planning : Develop and implement internal communication strategies that align with the company’s goals and leadership vision.
  • Leadership Representation : Act as the primary liaison between leadership and employees, ensuring messages are clear, consistent, and impactful.
  • Content Creation : Craft compelling communications, including newsletters, announcements, presentations, and digital content, to engage and inform employees about company initiatives and updates.
  • Employee Engagement : Foster a culture of open communication by encouraging feedback and facilitating two-way conversations between leadership and employees.
  • Event Coordination : Plan and execute internal events, town halls, and meetings that promote transparency and connection among employees and leadership.
  • Metrics and Reporting : Monitor and assess the effectiveness of communication strategies through surveys, feedback, and analytics, adjusting approaches as necessary.
  • Crisis Communication : Develop and implement crisis communication plans to address sensitive issues promptly and effectively.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with HR, Marketing, and other departments to ensure alignment of internal messaging and support company-wide initiatives.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a similar role, preferably within the property development or real estate sector.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective communication strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with digital communication tools and platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
