Headquartered in Singapore, we are a fast-growing software startup developing cloud and mobile applications for the Building and Construction Industry. Our mission is to help customers improve productivity, quality, and safety. Our solutions are used daily by thousands of professionals.


We are expanding our product portfolio as well as our presence across Asia and Europe and are looking for a Software Sales Manager for Hong Kong.


What you will be doi ng

  • You will be accountable for driving business growth and achieving sales targets within your assigned territory and accounts in the Hong Kong market.
  • Help develop, drive, and collaborate on business growth strategies through multiple channels (direct and indirect)
  • Persuasively communicate the value of our solutions in terms of ROI and impact on customer business goals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Manage and monitor the sales pipeline to ensure accurate forecasting.
  • You will also work closely with our marketing teams to market our solutions and gather feedback on customer and market needs.
  • Directly interact with our professional services team to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction


What you need for this position

  • Outstanding verbal and writing, communications and interpersonal skills in both Cantonese / Mandarin and English is essential,
  • At least 5 years’ experience in software enterprise sales.
  • Confidence and ability to interface professionally with a wide spectrum of customers for both existing and new accounts.
  • A Hunter with a Proven track record of selling on value and engagement with top management.
  • Ability to support and/or execute direct and indirect sales channels
  • Be comfortable with technology, mobile apps, and cloud services.


We will consider in priority candidates with the following attributes

  • A get it done attitude.
  • Demonstrated sales abilities & a track record of successful selling software and account management.
  • Previous technical, engineering, and/or sales experience in the HK construction industry.
  • Experience in regional/APAC construction industry sales a plus.
  • Previous experience with multiple sales channels (e.g., including selling with and through local resellers / partners)
  • Proficiency in Solution Selling or Customer Centric selling systems.
  • Possess high EQ with strong interpersonal skills.
