What You Will Do:

  • Support the connection between operations and product development teams to ensure alignment and smooth implementation of new features.
  • Assist in ensuring smooth transitions between hardware and software components, addressing any integration issues that arise.
  • Maintain sufficient stock levels by overseeing hardware logistics, including inventory control and maintenance.
  • Ensure that all hardware and related components are well-maintained and available when needed.
  • Assist in consolidating feedback for the new version of the hardware devices to ensure it meets user requirements and expectations.
  • Facilitate a smooth user experience by identifying and addressing any issues during the testing phase.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and maintaining records.

 


What We Are Looking For:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an auto shop or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of electrical systems and hardware logistics.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
