Responsibilities
• Act as the point of contact at the Sands Lounge with Sales team and VIP patrons
• Maintain the Sands Lounge operation smoothly including ferry ticketing and providing excellent lounge services to VIP patrons
• Responsible for completing the ferry daily report and distribute to respective departments on timely basis
• Provide administrative support for sales team, including branch offices from Macau and overseas, and all related admin work of the Sands Lounge
• Assist with customer-related bookings, enquiries and issues
• Identify areas of improvement to support operational efficiencies
• Assist with reports and other ad hoc duties as and when necessary
• Act as the liaison within the sales and operations teams
Requirements
• Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
• Prior experience in customer service, sales or related fields
• Knowledge of casino or hospitality industries is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills as a good team player
• Highly organized, able to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks concurrently with strong attention to details and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Shift duty is required
• Outstanding recent graduates will also be considered
