Job description:
• Provide secretarial support to Head of Customer Engagement
• Provide full spectrum of sales and administrative support to Customer Engagement Team
• Compile sales report and sales forecast
• Assist sales team to prepare for meetings with healthcare professionals
Requirements:
• Higher diploma or associate degree equivalent in Business related disciplines
• 1 year working experience in sales administration preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Detailed-oriented, proactive, good interpersonal, time management and problem-solving skills
