That’s why we’re on the hunt for a  Sales Development Representative (SDR)  to join our growing North Asia team and help accelerate our success! ����


As the  first point of contact  for potential customers, you will play a vital role in building new relationships, generating leads, and setting up our sales team for success. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn, innovate, and make a real impact in a fast-paced environment. What you’ll be doing:

����  Generating New Opportunities:  Use Salesforce, cold calls, and email to create new sales opportunities and engage with potential clients across various industries.

����  Research & Outreach:  Conduct proactive research on accounts via LinkedIn, Google, and Apollo to identify key decision-makers and establish connections.

����  Set Up Key Meetings:  Schedule calls and meetings between prospects and our sales team to drive valuable conversations.

����  Target Achievement:  Drive outbound prospecting to create new logo business opportunities, primarily targeting senior IT, Operations, and Compliance teams, including C-Level and management contacts.

����  Educate & Qualify:  Help prospective customers understand the power of KYC automation, while qualifying opportunities based on business potential.

����  Report on Success:  Keep your sales manager updated on weekly, monthly, and quarterly results, and consistently meet or exceed your sales targets.


What we’re looking for:

����  Experience:  At least 2 years in a sales role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.

����  Strong Communication Skills:  Ability to engage prospects through phone, email, and social channels with clarity and confidence.

����  Problem Solvers:  A creative mindset with excellent analytical skills and the ability to understand customer needs.

����  Ambition to Grow:  A desire to build your career within a sales organization and move up to greater opportunities.


Preferred Skills:

����  Bachelor’s Degree  (or equivalent) or 5+ years of relevant experience.

����  Tech-Savvy:  Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn, and Apollo is a plus.
