Ten16 Creative is a U.S.-based creative agency specializing in branding, video production, motion graphics, and digital content for global brands. We help Asia-based companies localize their marketing and expand into the U.S. market with high-quality content that connects with Western audiences.

We are looking for a Asia-based Business Development & Account Manager to help onboard new Asia-based clients who need creative marketing solutions for international markets.

Lead Generation & Sales:

• Identify Chinese brands (tech, e-commerce, beauty, electronics, etc.) looking to expand into the U.S.
• Reach out to potential clients through WeChat, LinkedIn, cold email and other methods.
• Pitch our creative services (branding, video production, digital ads, etc.).

Client Relations & Account Management:

• Communicate with clients, gather project requirements, and manage expectations.
• Serve as the bridge between Chinese clients and our U.S. creative team .
• Assist with translations and localization strategies for marketing campaigns.

Fluent in Mandarin & English (written and spoken)

Strong sales or business development experience (agency experience is a plus)

Familiarity with digital marketing, branding, and creative asset production

Experience working with e-commerce, consumer electronics, or DTC brands

Able to work remotely and independently
