Business Development and Sales (Regional in Charge, South Korea)
Involve in deep discussion and strategy defining with senior management of the firm for its mid-term and long-term strategy related to clients with Korean background
Establish and further develop relationships with various parties with Korean background including financial institution, corporates and government entities
Leveraging the firm’s advantage on Great China and Japan research products for day-to-day services to clients
Introduce and provide insights on capital markets and asset management products for clients with Korean background
Involve in all product development with feedback from clients with Korean background
Work with trading and product desk to provide cross asset solutions to clients;
Work with department heads to execute strategic projects for the firm and to contribute to the development of the platform.
Requirements:
Qualified of being a sales role (self-motivating, hungry, hardworking, strategic thinking, market savvy, etc.);
Master’s degree preferred;
7+ years working experience in business development and sales (especially institutional equities sales) with proven strong clientele and results;
Strong interpersonal skills with excellent social and team-working ability;
Fluent in Korean, English and Mandarin;
Familiar with business development and sales analytic tools.
