As we scale rapidly, we are looking for a dynamic and resourceful Founder Associate to work closely with the CEO and leadership team to drive strategic initiatives and accelerate growth.

Role Overview

As a Founder Associate at Kodifly, you will work directly with the company’s founder and leadership team to shape the future of the business. You will play an instrumental role in executing high-priority strategic projects, optimizing internal operations, and driving growth in key markets. This role demands a high level of initiative, adaptability, and a strong ability to communicate in both English and Chinese. Flexibility to work between Hong Kong and Mainland China — including staying in Mainland for extended periods — is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Support: Collaborate closely with the founder and leadership team to execute strategic business initiatives, including product development, market expansion, and partnership opportunities.
• Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of key projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company goals.
• Business Development: Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, partnerships, and customer acquisition strategies in our target industries, particularly in Hong Kong and Mainland China.
• Operational Efficiency: Optimize internal workflows and improve processes across departments to support scalability and operational excellence.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Provide insights on market trends, project performance, and business metrics to inform decision-making.
• Investor Relations & Fundraising: Assist in preparing presentations, financial models, and pitch materials for investors and stakeholders.
• Travel Flexibility: Required to work across both Hong Kong and Mainland China, with potential for extended stays in Mainland if necessary for project coordination and business development.

Requirements

• A degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or equivalent experience is a plus).
• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup or consulting environment.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience in working closely with senior leadership teams and exposure to strategic decision-making.
• Ability and willingness to travel and stay in Mainland China for extended periods if required.
