Management Trainee

Job Description 

●   Monitoring team performance and providing coaching and development opportunities to improve

individual and team performance.

●   Expands and builds relationship with clients by proactively monitoring client’s portfolio.

●   Provides high level consultative financial advice using the full range of investment products and

services designed for the affluent/high-end private customer needs.

To succeed as an IPP Wealth Management Manager, you must possess the following attributes and

qualities:

● University Graduate / Post-Graduate in any disciplines

● Relevant working experience in Finance or Servicing industries

● Be enterprising and industrious with a desire to establish a professional practice in wealth advisory

and consulting

● Be a strategic thinker and problem solver with good interpersonal and relationship management

skills

● Have the ability to communicate effectively

● Be technically and professionally competent in a wide range of comprehensive financial services,

with a focus on specialised services 

● Fluency in both English and Cantonese

● Permanent residents of Hong Kong or holding a valid Hong Kong working visa

●   Managing individual and corporate MPF accounts and relationship building with clients

● Portfolio investment analysis through a series of comprehensive training

●    Providing investment solutions to clients’ financial needs

●   Promoting our Premier Service to potential clients, exploring their needs and making referrals to other

business units where appropriate
