Summary:

We are looking for a talented Technical Consultant/Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze functional requirements to produce solution and technical design documentation.
• Conduct technical research and feasibility studies based on high-level design.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients to implement software/systems.
• Customize, configure, and develop software/systems.
• Develop high-quality, reusable code.
• Create data integration interfaces with proper exception handling.
• Perform unit and system integrated testing for developed modules, maintenance, and upgrades, and provide documentation.
• Prepare test plans/scripts and support user acceptance testing.
• Review and analyze data to prepare data mappings and handle data migration.
• Provide technical training and system go-live support.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong consulting experience and excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate them across disparate systems.
• Creative, self-initiated, responsible, and well-organized.
• Good team player with the ability to work independently.
• Understanding of the System Development Life Cycle and end-to-end software development process.
• Preferable experience/knowledge in Salesforce, Jitterbit, and Informatica.
• Preferable experience with system or cloud application development in Salesforce.com, J2EE, or .Net.
• Knowledge of web technologies including JavaScript, CSS, HTML, SOAP, REST APIs, with hands-on experience preferred.
• Preferable experience with system design, relational database design and data migration/integration design
• Experience with mobile application development is an advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the IT field.
