The Role:

We are seeking a motivated and versatile Associate Solicitor with 3+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in criminal law, personal injuries and commercial litigation , coupled with the ability to independently manage cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a diverse caseload, including criminal and civil matters.
• Collaborate with partners to deliver innovative solutions.

Requirements:

• 3+ years PQE  with demonstrated experience in  criminal law, personal injuries, and/or commercial litigation .
• Experience with handling Legal Aid cases preferred.
• Fluency in  Cantonese and English  (written and spoken) is essential.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and client management skills.
• A commitment to balancing high-value matters with public interest advocacy.
