Responsibilities:

• Responsible for BOSS (business operation support system) enhancement, monitor system performance to ensure system stability
• Collecting, identifying, and analyzing business requirements, negotiating with users
• Coordinating projects and managing vendor
• Conducting UAT and providing training to internal or external users
• Responsible for IT incident management, problem management, fault management, and work order management, continuously optimizing operational management processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or above in Computer Science/Engineering or other IT related disciplines
• Experience in business support systems such as CRM, Order Processing, Billing System is an advantage
• Familiar with DBMS and software development lifecycle. Experience in development or maintenance of backend service and database procedure is an advantage
• Interested and willing to commit in IT or telecommunication industry
• Positive, persistent, “can do” personality, passionate with continuous improvement
• Good verbal and written English and Chinese. Fluent Putonghua is a plus
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Application Engineer
