Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Identifying new opportunities across education, hospitality, public and retail sectors with public screening needs.
Key Accounts Prospecting: Developing strategic sales plans with a focus on key accounts to scale the business with significant revenue growth.
Education : Explaining to clients the importance of our licence for their business to be compliant as well as how it benefits studios.
Stakeholder Engagement : Leveraging their existing relationships and build new relationships with key decision makers of key accounts.
Get Deals Done : Build relationships with clients and be persistent to get sales over the line.
CRM Management : Log and document relevant information and client communication in our CRM system.
Meet KPIs : Meet and exceed the targets set and earn commission.
Who you are:
Excellent Objection Handler : Skilled in handling clients’ pushbacks.
Experienced Compliant Seller : Experienced in selling licenses or intellectual properties.
Persistent : You follow up regularly with clients to ensure that sales go through.
Resilient : You aren’t phased by a ‘no’ or a negative interaction, you bounce back straight away.
Well-connected : Holds strong relationships with budget holders across Education, Government, Hospitality, and Retail venues.
Native/Fluent English and Cantonese Speaker : Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
