4. Collaborate closely with domain experts to integrate expertise into AI solutions effectively.

5. Organize and manage data sets to optimize AI model performance.

6. Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to AI tools.

7. Conduct market research and analysis to support the expansion of AI-driven business.

8. Participate in strategic decision-making, leveraging competitive analysis and industry trends for informed decisions.

9. Independently handle the technical aspects of projects, manage and collaborate with external tech developers as necessary.

**Qualifications:**

1. Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a STEM-related field.

2. 4+ years of experience in AI research and development, particularly in machine learning and natural language processing.

3. Proficient in Python and familiar with libraries such as pandas.

4. Experience with large language model (LLM) deployment and related hardware/cloud requirements.

5. Experience in prompt engineering and fine-tuning LLM models.

6. Basic knowledge of cybersecurity considerations for AI deployments.

7. Strong research background with a passion for applying AI technology to real-world problems.

8. Excellent proficiency in English for effective communication and collaboration within professional services.
